1. Executive Leadership & Team Management:

   • I lead your engineering, product, and operations teams directly—setting priorities, managing performance, and driving accountability.

   • I own headcount planning, hiring decisions, and organizational structure to ensure your teams scale effectively.

   • I sit on your executive team, representing technology in strategic discussions, board meetings, and leadership planning sessions.

2. Operational Excellence:

   • I manage your day-to-day technology operations—ensuring systems run reliably, incidents are managed effectively, and operational metrics drive improvement.

   • I own vendor relationships and contract negotiations, optimizing your technology spend and ensuring service level agreements are met.

   • I implement and drive DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and quality assurance processes to improve delivery speed and software quality.

3. Strategic Execution:

   • I drive your existing technology roadmap forward—translating strategic vision into weekly sprints, quarterly milestones, and measurable outcomes.

   • I manage your technology budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and spending aligns with business priorities.

   • I establish and track key performance metrics (DORA, SPACE, and operational KPIs) to create transparency and continuous improvement.

4. Risk Management & Governance:

   • I own your technology risk posture—managing security, compliance, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.

   • I establish lightweight governance processes that ensure architectural consistency without slowing down delivery.

   • I manage technology due diligence for M&A activities, funding rounds, or major partnerships.
